It's then end of the month and I haven't posted in about two weeks. Life has been a little busy.
Here is the craziness that we have been up to.
The kids have started swim lessons again and are all really enjoying it. I take Eve on Wednesdays and she swims with me and four or five other moms and their babies. Eve is by far the oldest and biggest. One cool thing is our good friend Christy and baby Lewis are taking the lessons with us. Eve has gotten really brave. The newest thing she does is a "Bob" she holds onto the side and pops up then under the water all by herself. Usually the top of her head is still showing, but her nose and mouth go under. Every time she pops back up she yells "I did it!" She then tries to get everyone who is there to "wook at me."
Providence is a daredevil. She has no fear except maybe swimming on her back. Every time they try to get her to do that she sinks because she tries to bring her feet out of the water and lift her head up, like she is folding herself in half. It's pretty funny. The sweet little old ladies have to keep an eye on her because she will just start swimming away without anyone knowing and eventually she sinks. Her diving is my favorite. She gets herself all set up on the side of the pool with her hands out in in front and instead of falling or diving in hands and head first, she just jumps and her feet go in first she ends up looking like a little frog.
Noah and Josiah are like fish. They are having to learn the more difficult stuff and it's pretty funny because they thought they had arrived and knew it all already. So, having these little old ladies critique their kicking and belly placement is entertaining. They are both getting tons better at diving too. Josiah still enjoys a good belly smacker.
